Accessibility baseline
We use WCAG 2.2 Level A and Level AA as the website baseline. Important tasks must work with a keyboard and common assistive technology.
We use ASD-STE100 Simplified Technical English, Issue 9, for new and changed English content. We keep instructions direct and use one primary action in each instruction.
An accessibility change must keep the same privacy and security controls as the normal method.
Current test scope
- All public routes and the not-found page
- Automated Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Level A and Level AA checks
- Desktop, mobile, and 320-pixel-wide layouts
- Keyboard navigation, focus order, menus, tabs, form validation, and dialog focus return
- 200 percent text size, reduced motion, and forced-colours mode
Known limits
Automated tests cannot find every accessibility barrier.
This release did not include a moderated test with a person who has a disability. It also did not include a complete task with a screen reader.
The recorded result applies only to the tested release and scope on this page.

We will acknowledge the report not more than two business days after your report. If the normal task is blocked, we will give an alternate method as soon as possible.
