This page explains what the site collects, why we collect it, where it goes, and how to make a privacy request.

The short version
We collect personal information when you send a contact form, consultation request, or email. We use it to respond to your request and prepare for the requested discussion. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
What we collect, and why
Contact form
We collect your name, email address, selected topic, message, and the source page. Company is optional. We use these details to answer your project, support, or partnership request. The form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Consultation request form
We collect your name, work email, company, form answers, and optional notes. We also collect the source page, referring site, and campaign tags in the link. We use this information to respond and to understand which site activity produces inquiries.
Site scan tool
The tool reads the website address that you submit and produces a report in memory. The tool does not save the address or result in a database. We receive the scan details only if you include them in a consultation request.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure page views and selected site actions. Vercel states that this service uses no cookies and stores anonymous, aggregate data. We remove query strings and fragments from page addresses before analytics receives them. Unknown page paths are recorded as a not-found page. We omit analytics when a referring address contains details beyond the site address. We use the results to improve this site.
When you email us, we receive your email address and the information that you send. We use it to reply and to complete your request.
Where your information goes
Resend sends form submissions to our shared and work inboxes in Microsoft 365. Vercel hosts the site and provides analytics. These services can process technical and submitted information in countries outside Canada under their service terms.
We do not sell personal information. We do not give it to an advertising network or data broker.
Cookies
The site code does not set cookies. Vercel Web Analytics also operates without cookies. We do not use advertising trackers.
Retention
We keep an inquiry only while we need it for the stated purpose or a legal or business record duty. We securely delete or anonymize personal information when we no longer need it.
Your rights
You can ask whether we hold your personal information. You can ask for access or a correction. You can also ask us to delete information that we no longer need. Some legal exceptions and retention duties can apply.
Email your request to us. We can ask for enough information to find the record and confirm your identity. We respond to an access request as soon as possible and within the time required by applicable law.
