Project process
Each phase has a defined result. Review the work, agree on the next step, and keep the project tied to your business needs.
Project phases and estimated durations
These timings are planning guides. The agreed scope, complexity, and review schedule determine your project dates.
Diagnose
Planning guide: 30 minutes
A focused 30-minute conversation. We identify the main barrier in the current site or system. We then recommend the best place to start.
Your decision: Decide whether to proceed. The consultation is free.
Audit
Planning guide: 1 week
Compare the business position, site structure, search visibility, and lead flow with what the business sells. You receive a written audit and an ordered recommendation.
Your decision: Review the audit and agree on the project scope.
Design and build
Planning guide: 4–8 weeks
Build the design, structure, copy, and measurement controls as one business system. Review the work at each milestone. We deliver a working system.
Your decision: Review the completed phase and agree on the next step.
Launch and refine
Planning guide: 2 weeks
Improve the user experience and forms. Confirm that the system works correctly with real site traffic.
Your decision: Approve the launch or extend the improvement period.
Expand the system
Planning guide: Ongoing
Add search engine optimization, customer relationship management, automation, or other approved improvements when the main system is stable.
Your decision: Review the support needs and agree on any further work.
